John A. LeDrew June 21, 1947 - March 4, 2009 It is with great sadness that the family of the late John A. LeDrew announce his passing at his family residence in Corner Brook on Wednesday, March 4th, 2009 at the age of 61 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Donna Alyward LeDrew; daughters: Monica LeDrew and Stephanie LeDrew; son Ryan LeDrew; 3 stepchildren: Kimberly Alyward, Tracey Alyward and Damian Rumbolt; 5 step-grandchildren: Michael Alyward, Danna Gould, Felecia Alyward, Sarah Alyward and Matthew Alyward; brothers: Bill LeDrew (Edith), Gus LeDrew (Shirley), Gerry LeDrew (Anita), Paul LeDrew (Joan), Leonard LeDrew (Judy), Mike LeDrew (Olive) and Joe LeDrew; sister Grace LeDrew (Rufus), all of Corner Brook, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many great friends. He was predeceased by parents Hellen and Tony LeDrew. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Thursday and Friday between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place at the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer on Saturday, March 7th at 10:30 a.m., Monsignor Jim Robertson officiating. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
