It is with very great sadness that the family of Harrison Coombs of Shoal Cove West announces his passing at the Rufus Guinchard Health Centre Port Saunders on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the age of 89 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, daughter Nancy Coombs; granddaughter Keisha; sisters: Eliza, Selina, Jessie (Hayward Baines); brothers: Angus, Noah (Georgina), Samuel (Linda) & Clarence; sisters-in-law: Mahalla, Effie & Bess; as well as many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Jessie; son Whyman; parents Samuel & Evangeline Coombs; sisters: Hazel & Lucy; brothers: Chesley, Thomas, Randell, Stewart, Edmund & Jacob; brothers-in-law: Gideon, Leander, Clyde and sister-in-law Maime. As per his wishes cremation will take place at Humber Crematorium Pasadena, with a service and inurnment at French Cove Cemetery in Shoal Cove West, at a later date to be determined.
