To Aunt Maxine, Uncle Gary, Coreen, Dianne, Dion and extended family. We were sad to hear of Dean's passing. We always loved when he visited or called us to have a chat. He was always full of fun and laughter and it was contagious. Dean worked with Jerry for a while and has many great memories. I have many amazing memories from getting a ride in Dean's big orange station wagon, that he called his pumpkin, out to Youth Group. We had many good times going out to restaurants for something to eat, having a fun game of bowling, watching movies, hanging out or just driving around after Youth Group at Peel. I'll cherish the memories as far back as when we'd sit in Nan's house in Pacquet listening to Dean play the guitar and sing. He then brought his talents into the church in Pacquet NL onto Peel Pentecostal Tabernacle in Brampton ON. We always had a good time together when he'd visit when we would have our family gatherings. Dean always had a good joke to tell and was the most caring and loveable cousin. Too bad distance kept us apart especially during his sickness, but we still got to talk to him on the phone and he was just as chipper as ever. He was very loved. Rest in Peace in the presence of Jesus, Dean. We will see you on that beautiful shore some glad morning. Praying for you all that God will comfort and sustain you during this difficult time, but rest assured, we have a glorious hope, to see Dean again. Trust in Jesus to see you through. So sorry to hear of Dean's passing.He has been in our prayers for some time now as my sister has kept us posted on his
Illness. As we remember him we can only smile as he was such a special person and always brought joy to those he encountered.
We have lost but Heaven has gained at his entrance!
We can only imagine what you are feeling right now. But an old song we used to sing comes to mind " Hold on my child ,weeping only last for awhile. Hold fast to the saviour's hand and he will get you through this difficult time..

Maxine, Dion, Coreen, Diane and families, it was so nice to spend a bit of time with you and finally meet Coreen and Diane. I’ve heard their names so much over the past few years. Dean was very special to me and I’ve been with him on his sad journey when he was diagnosed with cancer and was with him through a lot of treatments while I worked with with him. I’m happy that I got to spend time with him and Maxine last week and as he passed to his heavenly home, pain free. RIP my friend and condolences to you all. Valerie and Dale Park, Lark Harbour, NL

First off my condolences to Maxine , Dion and family !!
Where do you begin with all my memories and times shared with dean my brother Daryl and many other friends over my life knowing dean from a small boy in pacquet to us both moving to Ontario and continuing our friendship !!
To many stories to share and memories I will cherish for life ! Kinda lost contact in last few years but I recall a few summers ago I took my mom to corner brook for an appt and who would I see was Maxine Dean mom she was so happy to see me and I right away asked about dean she made a call and we picked up where we left off never missed a beat on our good times and friendship !!
Dean you will never be forgotten rest easy my friend !

I rem Dean being so happy all the time and he came to my apt in Scarborough and went swimming with my kids and he alway did crazy stuff as there was a wall around the pool and Dean was the only crazy person who would jump of there and into the pool until the landlord kicked him out hahaha you well be missed Dean RIP My Friend
