It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Winston Blake announce his passing on February 19, 2020 at the Labrador Grenfell Health Center, Happy Valley Goose Bay, NL at the age of 70 years. He will be sadly missed by his children: Dawn (Jon) Corkum and Matthew (Pam Montague): grandchild Reilly Jane: sisters: Debbie, Donna Michelin (Vance) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Phyllis. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, February 26 2020, 2:00 PM at the United Church, Northwest NL with Reverend Nellie Thomas officiating. As expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Special thanks to the nurses and staff of the Labrador Grenfell Health Center especially Cara White and Diane Whelan.
