It is with great sadness that the family of the late Allan Sheppard announce his passing on Tuesday, February 25th, 2020 at his residence in Lark Harbour at the age of 92 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children: Anthony (Celine), St. John's, Peggy (Gary) Earle, Halifax, Denise Reid, Halifax and Colin (Tammy), Manitoba; four grandchildren: Michael, Leigh-Ann, Ryan and Samantha; five great grandchildren: Isabella, Tyler, Ethan, Mia and Luke; two surviving sisters: Marie (Chester) Higgins, Corner Brook and Sarah Vincent, Montreal, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Granting his wishes cremation has taken place with final burial service to take place at a future date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
