It is with great sadness that the family of the late Russell McNeill announce his passing on February 27,2020 at Mulligan Hill at the age of 66 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Phoebe Saunders; Children: Carla and Brenda; grandchildren: Sara, Ashley, and Emerson; Brother Cluney; sisters: Rita and Dulcie as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Leonard and Fanny McNeill and sister Dahlia. Memorial service Friday, March 6, 2020, 2 P.M. at the United Church.
