Mark Parsons Curling, NL November 26, 1927 – April 9, 2020 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mark Parsons announce his passing on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 92 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Calvin (Geraldine) Parsons, Linda Marie (Howard) Butt and Denise Gallant; daughter-in-law Kay Parsons; 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; brothers Roland and Bernard, sister Beryl; As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Caroline Marie Parsons, sons Wilfred Parsons and Wayne Chesley Parsons, daughter Joan Parsons Kennedy, sons-in-law Michael Gallant and Ronald Endicott, parents Mark and Maggie Parsons, brothers and sisters Edward, Wilfred, Clarence, Kathleen, Chesley and Zena. A special thank you to the nurses and staff of the Palliative Care Unit, Dr. White and Dr. Dunn for their fantastic care. Due to COVID-19 Government restrictions, there will be a private burial at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
