Obituary of Nellie (Ellen) Russell

December 16, 1929-April 15, 2020
It is with great sadness that the family of Nellie Russell say good bye to a
truly wonderful lady. With much loving family support, she was able to
come home, her favorite place, where she passed away on Wednesday,
April 15, 2020.
She will be missed by her children: Janet Keats (Gary),
Sylvia Dawe (Rick), Geraldine Nippard (Bob), Tony Russell (Jody), Derek
Russell (Lorna), Alice Gear (Greg), Linda Eichel (Danny), Gerald Russell
(Pansy), Valerie Sheppard (Faron), daughter-in-law Tara Russell (Randy -
deceased): 23 grandchildren: 16 great-grandchildren: and a wide circle of
relatives and friends. She had so much love in her life.
She was pre-deceased by husband Gerald, daughter Judy, and son Randy: parents
Felix and Alice McCarthy, and her sisters and brothers.
Cremation will take place but due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no
visitation at this time and a service will be held at a later date when we can
gather as family and friends to celebrate her life.
