It is with great sadness that the family of Irene Marie Lawless of Eddies Cove West, announces her passing on Monday, April 20, 2020 at the Western Regional Memorial Hospital, Corner Brook at 84 years of age. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are husband Edmund; children: Lawrence (Catherine), Edmund Jr. (Emma), Floyd, David (Harvey) & Evelyn (Stephen); grandchildren: Roxanne, Rosanne, Milton, Toby, Andrew, Shannon, Amanda, Sabrina, Mark, Teraceta, Cody & Christopher; great grandchildren: Melissa, Tiana, Nathan, Noah, Natalie, Madison, Ryder, Keagan, Brady, Brandon, Jay, Ty, Addison, Zachary, Charlee, Kaycee & Jeffrey; great great grandchildren: Nevaeh & David; brother Joseph (Hilda) Lavers, nieces, nephews, extended family and a large circle of friends. She is predeceased by son Maurice, parents Susan & Joseph Offrey; sisters: Maud, Edna, Eudora, Evelyn; brothers: Peter & Albert. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Irfan, Dr. Gould, staff and nurses of the ICU & Palliative care unit at Western Regional Memorial Hospital in Corner Brook. A big thank you to Irene's home care workers Crystal & Patricia for all you did for our mom. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, the family will have a private viewing at Fillatres' Funeral Home in Port au Choix with interment at Doctor's Brook Cemetery with Father Raj officiating.
