It is with great sadness that the family of Cyril Gordon Billard announce his peaceful passing at the Calder Health Care Center in Burgeo on Monday, May 11, 2020 at the age of 88. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Ruth Billard, sister Lucy Farrell (Bill) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews’ other relatives and many friends. He will be sadly missed by all. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph & Hannah Billard, brothers Angus, Robert, John William, Norman Reginald, Joseph Walter and Edwin; sisters Mildred, Jean, Ida & Edith. Due to Covid-19 Government Restrictions the funeral service will be held at the Faith United Church in Burgeo at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home.
