Obituary of: Mary Eliza Penney August 26, 1931 to May 12, 2020 Age 88 With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our sweet little nanny Penney at the Labrador Health Centre, Forteau. Sadly missed by her children: Harold (Phyllis), Bert, Austin (Pauline), Clyde (Karen), Gary (Karen), Doyle, Selma (Silas), Edgar (Joy), Kathy (Bill) Grandchildren/Great grandchildren: Cecilia, Alexandria, Randy, Kayla, Kim P, Kim V, Melissa, Amanda, Kendall, Kelsey, Chloe, Dawson, Kristina, Alexia, Zoey, Kobe, William, Tyson, Jada, Kaden, Graycie, Hannah, Alex, Dakota, Rory, Lucy, Kruze, Nevaeh, Thomas and Isaac. She was predeceased by husband Alexander, son Alexander, daughter-in-law Verbena, sister Ida, brothers Gordon, Harold and Victor, parent’s Robert and Edith Russell. Nanny Penney lived life to the fullest and loved to spend time with family. We would like to express heartfelt thanks to the Port Hope Simpson clinic staff, Labrador South Ambulance and the nurses at the Forteau Labrador Health Centre for the tremendous care. A private funeral service will take place from the Pentecostal Church in Port Hope Simpson followed by burial at the church cemetery.
