May 26, 1930 – June 6, 2020
June Eleanor Tulk Dillon passed away peacefully at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, NL on Saturday, June 6, 2020 in her 90th year. She was the loving mother of Kathleen Brockway and son-in-law Reg; loving grandmother of Gavin (Celina), Warren (Olivia), David (Bella); dear friend of Walter Swyer; Walter’s daughters: Julia, Stacy, Karen, Christine; his sons: Robert, David; sister Patricia Adams; nephews: Steve (Stephanie), Chris; niece Ingrid; great-nephews Tristan and Anthony. She was pre-deceased by her parents Hazel Tulk (LeRoux) & George MacDonald Tulk; infant sister Shirley and nephew Michael. June was an accomplished artist and will be fondly remembered for her paintings, love of animals and everything beautiful. June was also a generous benefactor of the Stephenville SPCA. A private funeral will take place at St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church, St. George’s, NL with Rev. Bruce Rideout officiating. Interment in the United Church Cemetery will take place following the service. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local Humane Society or animal shelter.
