Gary moved to Happy Valley Goose Bay in the summer of 1975 and as his mother says " it was the best move coming here." Gary was so involved with the church, the "Hope Project" of the 80's, and finally the special Olympics. Gary looked forward to each event, getting to travel the province and meeting numerous people, who are now friends along the way. As an avid walker and bike rider, Gary along with Harris, have made countless friendships throughout Happy Valley Goose Bay and surrounding areas and were known by all.
