It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Verna Young announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook, NL on Friday, July 24, 2020 at the age of 66 years. She will be forever missed and loved by her husband Sedrick; sons: Harold Jr. (Daniela), Jeffrey (Phyllis), Christopher (Susan); grandchildren: Maddie, Liam, Connell as well as many aunts, uncles other family and friends. She was pre-deceased by her parents Harold Sr. and Rose Young. Due to the current Covid-19 government regulations there will be no visitation or funeral service. Verna will be laid to rest in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Brook St., Stephenville Crossing, NL with Father Edmund Dantes officiating. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to a Charity of Ones’ Choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL.
