Arthur Raymond Llewellyn Dawe With great sadness, the family of the late Arthur (Dick) Dawe announce his passing on August 1, 2020 at the age of 76. Pre-deceased by his adored wife Maisie (White) with whom he will be reunited in eternal life. He was the beloved father of Michele Dawe and Pierre Lavallee, Ritchie Dawe, Jennifer and Jason King. Cherished and adored “Grandpy Dick” to Genevieve, Marie – Claude, Sophie and Zacharie; Bradley and John; Kaden and Kaiser. Brother of Faye Roberts and Irene & Ches Pittman. Son-in-law of Gladys White. Brother-in-law to Terry & Shirley White, Karen Harvey, Don & Bernice White, Glen & Laura White, Brenda Newman, Kevin & Robin Wight. Pre-deceased by his parents Azariah and Laura (Halfyard). Also left to mourn are many nieces, nephews, other family members and numerous friends. Dick inspired us all with his spirit and positive outlook on life. His infectious personality left a mark on those who met him. He was a proud Newfoundlander who loved to travel and enjoy time with friends. However, his biggest pride and passion in life was his family. Cremation has taken place. Due to Covid 19 restrictions a memorial service will take place at a later date.
