It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of the late Franklin (Bose) McLean announce his passing at his home in North West River on August 12, 2020. He will be forever loved, remembered and missed by: Sisters Garmel Rudakevich, Cardella (Bob) MacAulay, Marilyn Michelin, Margaret (Jim) Martin; Brothers Herb (Jessie), Wallace (Edna), Phillip (Gail), and Derrick (Lori); sister-in-law Hazel McLean and close friends Dougie Dean McLean, Reg Hutchings, Sue & Ross McLean, Eddie Hibbs, Ralph Blake, and Wilbur and Loretta Patey, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was predeceased by parents Gordon and Minnie McLean, sister Elizabeth (Betty) Price, brother Fredrick (Buddy), and brothers-in-law Nick Rudakevich and Ronald Michelin. Special thanks to Ina Blake of Public Health Sheshatshiu Clinic and Larry Powell for their comforting care and compassion given to Bose during his last days at home. Words alone cannot express the gratitude of the family. Cremation is taking place and a private farewell will be held later in Kenemish.
