Passed peacefully away at his residence in Loch Leven, on Saturday, April 11th, 2009, Bobby Gillis in his 78th year. Leaving to mourn are his sisters: Kay Majoros, Hamilton, ON and Eileen McDonald (Gerald), Loch Leven; sister-in-law: Anne; 17 nieces and nephews of the Meade, McDonald and Majoros families, as well as many other family members and friends. Uncle Bob was predeceased by his parents, Roderick and Minnie Gillis; brother: Fred and sister, Mary Meade. Friends and family may visit St. Columcille Roman Catholic Church, St. Fintan’s on Monday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. And Tuesday, 10 am to 12 noon, from where the Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 14th at 2:00 p.m. Father Terry Boland officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
