Edward Joseph Perrier St. George’s, NL May 6, 1932 – Sept. 12, 2020 Passed away peacefully in his 88th year with his family by his side, Edward Joseph Perrier at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center, Stephenville Crossing, NL. He leaves to mourn his wife of 67 years Marie; children: Linda Greene (Mike), Cora Way (Keith), Joan White (Claude), Jean Delaney (Brian), Stan (Joan), Bruce (Linda), Paul (Doreen), Debbie Decker (Reg), Scott (Hernanda), Maria Middleton (Darren); 26 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sister Sarah Conway and her family. He was pre-deceased by his daughter Karen; grandson Claude and granddaughter Jenna. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of The Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre where he resided for the past 6 1/2 years. There will be a private family viewing at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL. The Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 beginning at 10 a.m. from St. Joseph’s Parish, St. George’s, NL with Father Maurice O'Quinn officiating. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Shallop Cove, NL will take place following the service. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to a Charity of Ones’ Choice.
