MARGARET BLANCHE YOUNG (Nee Heath) Corner Brook, NL January 14th, 1924 - April 15th, 2009 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Margaret Blanche Young announce her passing on Wednesday, April 15th at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 85 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Dianne (Calvin) Penney, Chris (Judy) Young, Judy (Fred) Byrne, Kerry (Gail) Young and Beryl (Clarence) Byrne, grandchildren: Robert, Corey, Michelle, Deanne, Michael, Lori, Krista, Susan, Jessica, Krystal, Jeffrey and Terri-Lynn, great-grandchildren: Brian, Dylan, Brendon, Kaitlyn, Jacob, Adam, Amy, Kameron, Emma and Noah, sisters and brothers: Linda (Herbert) Vincent, Harold Heath, Winnie Oxford, Yvonne Heath, Tony Heath, Vera (Max) McCave and Leah (Reg) Prittchard. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends. She was predeceased by her husband Paul Young, parents Edmund and Effie Heath, sister Bride Heath and brother Ralph Heath. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Thursday 7-9 PM and Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 18th at 2:00 PM from Humber United Church with Rev. Kathy Brett officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a Charity of One’s Choice.
