July 27, 1969 – October 6, 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Mary Anne Basha at the age of 51 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Nikki Velez (Richard), Nikki’s father, Jorge Velez (Joanne); grandchildren: Chase, Owen, Tori; mother Mary Basha; brothers Joey & Tommy (Susie), niece Laura, nephew Billy; aunts and uncles: Mary, Kathleen, Michael, David, Anthony, Elias, Martha and Noel; cousins: Georgia, Anthony, Justin, Jimmy, Mary, Cory, Corinna, Jodi, Anthony, Stella, Jason and her furry friend Susie, as well a large circle of family and friends. Mary Anne was predeceased by her father Thomas Basha, grandparents Elias Basha, Mary Wellon & William Wellon; uncles Joe and Nick. Due to Covid-19 Government Restrictions a private Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020 at Sacred Heart Church, Curling Street with Father Jim Robertson officiating, followed by the interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
