Maxwell Preston Allen Dec. 14, 1939 -Oct. 15, 2020 It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Maxwell Allen at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on October 15, 2020 in his 80th year. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Cassie, children Kim (Jeff Regular), Maxine (Derek Inkpen), Patty -Lou (Kirby Fradsham), grandchildren Jennifer Regular, Cole Inkpen, David Inkpen, Kirsten Fradsham, Kyra Fradsham and Kyle Fradsham; brothers Reg Allen (Jean), Don Allen (Pauline), Calvin Allen (Donna), sisters Ina Earle (George), Shirley Dicks, Jean Hamlyn (Eugene), Linda Coombs, Rhonda Porter and numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Eileen, father Elijah, brothers Danny and Russell, sister Beulah, brothers-in-law Jack Coombs and John Dicks. A private family funeral service will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at 3:00 pm with Reverend Jocelyn Cook officiating - to a maximum of 50 people. Interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
