Marie Cecilia Quilty Highlands, NL Mar. 30, 1940 – Oct. 23, 2020 It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Marie Cecilia Quilty announce her passing at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, NL on Friday, October 23, 2020 at the age of 80 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Allan; step-children: Jenevieve (Bob) Stone, Fintan (Linda) Quilty, Roxanne Quilty, Laurie Ann (Derick) Quigley; a large number of step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; special cousin Pama Williams as well as nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She was pre-deceased by her parents James & Lucy Jesso and all of her siblings. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium, Pasadena, NL. The funeral mass will take place on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 10 a.m. from St. Joseph’s Parish Chapel, St. George’s, NL with Father Kris Mekala officiating. Inurnment will take place following the service in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Shallop Cove, NL. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to a Charity of Ones’ Choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL.
