It is with great sadness that the family of the late Percy Billard announce his passing at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre, Port Saunders on Saturday, October 24th, 2020 at the age of 72 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his common law wife, Iona; son Todd (Robyn) and grandsons Adam and Jack; step-children: Gerard, Randell, Fred, Melita, Tammy and Ikey; brothers Rene, Vincent, Clarence and Lori; sisters Annette and Dora; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Pius and Ella, sisters Bertha and Peggy and brother Lewis. A family viewing will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home on Monday and Tuesday, with the Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday, October 28th from St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church, with Father Raj officiating. Interment to follow at the Interfaith Cemetery, Sandy Cove. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
