Evelyn C. M. Lethbridge (Mesher) On Saturday, November 7th, 2020, Evelyn Lethbridge, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away at the age of 87. Evelyn was born on October 17, 1933 in Paradise River, Labrador, to Elizabeth and William Mesher. She was pre-deceased by her husband Chesley; Brothers, Lewelyn and Irving; Step-Brothers, Henry, Harvey and Holman; Step-Sisters, Grace and Gertrude. Left to celebrate her life are her children: Chesley (Cathie), Goose Bay; Hector (Joann), Goose Bay; Juanita (Ross), St. Philips; Grandchildren, Nelson Lethbridge (Erin), Adam Dunphy (Alia) and Alicia (Matthew Shave) ; Great Grandchildren, Colson, Mya, Sophie, Quinton, Everett and Emerson. Friends and family are welcome to attend a viewing from 1:00pm - 1:30pm on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at St. Andrew's Anglican Church, Happy Valley Goose Bay. Funeral services will be at 2:00pm on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, also at St. Andrew's Anglican Church. Reunited with husband Chesley (passed July 11, 2020). "Through this life we've labored hard to earn our meager fare. It's brought us trembling hands and failing eyes. So I'll just rest here on that shore and turn my eyes away, Until you come, then we'll see Paradise. And I'll be waiting on the far side banks of Jordan I'll be sitting drawing pictures in the sand. And when I see you coming, I will rise up with a shout, And come running through the shallow water, reaching." - Far side Banks of Jordan. .
