Marie Eileen Bowles October 9, 1955 - November 19, 2020 Burgeo, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marie Bowles announce her passing on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Western Long Term Care, Palliative Unit , after a long and courageous battle with Cancer, at the age of 65 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Wayne, of 49 years; children: Kathy, John (Joulene), Frederick (Kimberly) and Randy (Wanda-Lee); grandchildren: Dylan, Breanna, Ryan, Kevin, Marshall, McKayla, Cameron, Daniel and Emma; special great grandchild Logan; brothers and sisters: Shirley (George) Parsons, Wesley (Judy) Lushman, Linda (Glenn) Durnford, Bradley , Daisy (Wilson) Durnford and sister-in-law Jane Lushman; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. she was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Ida Lushman, brothers, Albert, Thomas, Ronnie, Stanley, Frederick and Ricky, and sisters Susannah, Annie, Mamie and Marion. A special thank you to her coffee buddies and an extra special thanks to her sisters-in-law Ida and Melanie. Visitation will take place on Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm from St. John the Evangelist Anglican church in Burgeo, followed by the funeral on Sunday, November 22nd, at 2 p.m., Reverend Elsie Rose officiating. Following Covid 19 Government Restrictions, these services are limited to a maximum of 100 people. Cremation to follow the funeral service. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home.
