Passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side, Lemuel John Chaulk on December 15, 2020 at the age of 86 years. He leaves to mourn the love of his life Maxine Chaulk (nee Ball); children: Todd (Debbie) Chaulk, Sherry (Burton) Janes, Johnny (Pam) Chaulk, Brian (Marcy) Chaulk, Lisa (Alonzo) Regular and Stacey (Darren) Williams; grandchildren: Ryan, Stephanie, Kathryn, Krista, Christopher, Johnathan, Rebecca, Thomas, Heather, Grant, Julia and Cody; great-grandchildren: Kaley, Kate, Hailie, Ellie, Leighton, Benjamin and Maisie; great-great-grandson William; sisters: Bertha Gosse, Joyce Elliott and Pearl (Raymond) Nichols; sisters-in-law: Sophie Ball, Peggy Caines, Margaret (Pleaman) Manuel, Joy Ball and Ellen Ball; brothers-in-law: Scott Ball and Ed King; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Bond and Julia Chaulk; parents-in-law Scott and Ethel Ball, brothers Scott Chaulk and Winston Chaulk, sister Winnifred Roberts, brothers-in-law George Roberts, Ralph Elliott and Charlie Gosse, sisters-in-law Yvonne (Dempsey) Ball, Louise (Melvin) Thomas, Valetta King and Carol Ball. A special thank you to home care workers Michelle Leboubon, Leona Hayman, Chrissy Sheppard, Kelsey Rideout, Susan Tumblin, Marina Jones and Brittany Barney for their care and compassion over the years. And to the Community Health Nurses for all their support. Due to Covid-19 Government Restrictions a private family visitation will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake. A private funeral service will take place on Friday, December 18 at Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, Bennett Avenue with Pastor Jeffrey White officiating. Interment to follow at Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Local Benevolence Christmas Fund c/o Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, Deer Lake.
