Audrey Joyce Dollimount Burgeo, NL Audrey Joyce Dollimount (nee Parsons) was born on October 18th, 1947 in Pushthrough, NL to George and Hannah Jane (nee Roberts) Parsons. She was fortunate enough to have been gifted two loves of her life, her first, Patrick Dollimount of Burgeo, NL (deceased April 22nd, 1995), and her second and current, Samuel Porter Durnford of Francois, NL. Audrey passed quietly at home on January 13th, 2021 at the age of 73, after a short battle with cancer. She will be celebrated and greatly missed by her dory mate Sam, her children Glenda, Barry (Tanya), and Yvonne Durnford (Frank) and granddaughter Patti Ricketts. Her father George Parsons, her brother Stanley Parsons (Sharon), and her sisters Mary White (Raymond) and Carolyn Strickland (Kenny). Audrey was welcomed into heaven by her first love Pat, her mother Hannah, and her many furry companions. Audrey was truly a beautiful soul – you could certainly call her one of a kind. She was strong willed and stubborn, and lived her life full of zest and compassion, while exuberating kindness to all those blessed to know her. This poetic wizard was known for sharing her smile and delicious meals and baked goods. Audrey lived and Audrey loved. In celebration of her warm and big heart, and in lieu of any donations, please continue her legacy of giving and kindness, and pay it forward to those you feel need a pick me up.
