Samantha will be sadly missed by her mother and stepfather Bernice and Garett Penney, biological father Samuel (Susan) Jacque, Sister Catherine (Andrew) Keefe, Brothers Gerard (Kayla and niece Hannah) Rice, Garett Penney Jr, Bradford (Rachel) Jacque, and Harvey Jacque, Grandparents Lloyd and Myrtle Rice, Henry and Bella Saunders, Boyfriend Rob Fillier, as well as a large circle of uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends. Samantha was predeceased by cousins Kathleen Mitchell and Burton Winters, Great Grandmother Lavina Jacque, Grandfather Harvey Jacque, and Great Uncle Russell MacNeil Visitation in HV-GB will be announced at a later date, and funeral service will take place in hometown of Makkovik,NL.
