Passed away peacefully on Friday, May 22, 2009, Doris Eldridge at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 65 years. Left to mourn: brother, Thomas “Bud” Eldridge, Benoit’s Cove, as well as a large circle of family and friends. She is predeceased by her parents, Stanley and Marie Eldridge. Granting her wishes, cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Sunday evening from 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 25th at 10:30 a.m. from Our Lady Star of the Sea, Benoit’s Cove. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.
