It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frederick Cyril Tipple announce his passing on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 76 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 54 years Sadie (nee McLeod); children: Lisa Tipple (Eric Granter) and Cory (Tracy) Tipple; grandchildren: Monica, Chantel, Mackenzie, Samuel, Kyle and Chase; sisters: Penny (Gary) Holloway, Lillian King and Kay; sisters and brothers-in-law: Betty, Anita, Hilda, Ronnie, Clyde, Aubry and Roger; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Herbert and Monnie Tipple, brothers Harry and Robert Tipple, parents-in-law Gladys and Ronald McLeod, sister and brothers-in-law Enid Lundrigan, Norman McLeod and Winston McLeod.

Frederick was a phenomenal husband, an amazing husband and provider for his family. A very successful, longtime businessman in Pasadena. He was the owner of Tipple’s Trucking and L & C Maintenance. He will be forever remembered for his quick wit, he could often be seen riding his tractor or dump truck two things he loved dearly. Frederick loved to cook, he was known to make the best turkey dinners and of course his BBQ’s.

Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Saturday 2-4 p.m. Due to Covid-19 Government Regulations Masks and Vaccine passport will be required for entry for the visitation. Cremation to follow with a funeral service to be announced at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Humber Valley United Church, Ruby’s Rat Pack or the Pasadena Fire Department.
