Obituary of Hazreth Mugford

It is with profound sadness that the family of the late Hazreth Mugford announce her passing on February 8^th, 2023 in Happy Valley-Goose Bay at the age of 72 years.

Left to mourn with fond and loving memories, her husband: Harry, children: Sean (Jenna) and Shane, the loves of her life – her grandchildren: Carson, Loic, Navi, and two little ones who called her “Nanny Harry”: Logan and Owen. Haz also leaves her sisters: Juanita (Sterling), Wavey (Terry), and Mene; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Haz was predeceased by her mother: Keziah; and fathers: Manuel and Amos.

Resting at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay on Friday, February 10th, 2023, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service is scheduled to take place at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Happy Valley-Goose Bay on Sunday, February 12^th at 2 p.m., with Rev. Nellie Thomas officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican cemetery.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of the emergency department of Labrador Health Centre, Happy Valley - Goose Bay.
