Aunt Evie, Uncle Ivan, Angie, Kelsey, Austin and Karson, I am so deeply sorry. There are no words that could ease any of your pain right now, just know I'm thinking of you all.
Even though as we got older and had our own lives we grew apart and didn't keep in touch as much as I would have liked us to, I often reminisce of the friendship we had growing up.
I still laugh at the nonsense you and I got into. Like scheming what we could do to make a few dollars, spending a whole day picking bags and bags full of dogwood berries thinking Pop Dan might buy them off us (he didn't lol). Or Jordan, you and I, the 3 of us squeezing on one GT and zipping off down the ridge dodging snowmobiles and the odd car, then arguing who would pull the GT back up. The hours we'd spend playing duck hunt on Nintendo (that original Nintendo still works by the way). My favorite was the cabins we built, I remember one we were so proud of, used fishing nets to make hammocks so we could sleep in it, decided we were going to paint that one make it real nice. Despite your Mom telling us no, we went to your grandmother Tena's and got paint and did it anyway. We ended up in a paint fight instead, and after your mom washed the paint out of my hair in the sink I got sent home early that weekend haha. Oh, and the time you got a new watch for Christmas and you wanted to test out the stop watch feature so we all thought the logical way to test that was for Jordan and I to tie you to a chair and time you to see how long it took to get yourself out. That didn't go so well either, you tipped the chair and hit your head on the TV cabinet. We were always up to something, it was never anything good, but it was something lol.
I've always missed you and thought of you all the time; and will always miss you and think of you my twin cousin.
