To the Patey family....So very sad to learn of Don's passing.
I got to know him well while at CBC following Don's arrival from CNT. He was a top-notch technician, eventually becoming Supervisor of the tranmitter unit responsible for maintaining the CBC Radio and TV transmission equipment in Western and Northern Newfoundland.
We touched base occasionally over the years after we both retired and fondly remember Pearl's quick smile and Don's easy going style. He was very proud of his three daughters and their accomplishments.
May the good memories see you through this difficult time.
