To all Lloyd's brothers and sister, to his Children' my heartfelt sympathy.
I loved Lloyd and when his wife Eleanor passed away, it seemed he just gave up. She was his everything. He was our neighbourhood everything. We were proud of him and his lengthy time at the Post Office.
When we were little, Lloyd had a big sleigh he hauled wood on. When his chores were done, he would go up to the top of Tiller's hill and all the kids in the neighbourhood would pile on board. The dogs would take off and we'd all be squealing for joy. Lloyd cared about his Friends and frequently would ask about my Brother Leonard. They were about the same age. Len started with Johnson Insurance just about the same time Lloyd started with the Post Office.
This year was so hard on Lloyd cause he lost his baby Sister, Donna, then his precious Daughter Pauline and just a few weeks ago his younger brother Bob.
When Lloyd's other daughter Valerie announced his Passing, I screamed NOOOOOO. I could only imagine the pain she was feeling, and , Alfred (Slim) and Bert his remaining brothers and Joan his remaining Sister, what they were going through. The pain of loss is incredible. Only God can carry us through.
Thank God for the years and years of good memories. He is sadly missed.
