Indeed Betty will be dearly missed. Her 'girls' who participated in her Bible Studies over the years attest to her devotion to Christ, her knowledge of Scripture, and her conviction of God's love and His plan for each of us. Our lives took on special meaning as she taught, explained, and explored the Word of God with us. Despite her sometimes 'brusque' manner, she had a wonderful sense of humour and a heart of gold. There was never any doubt that she genuinely loved each one of us. Her walking with us tremendously impacted our walk with God. We miss her, but we are confident that she has reached the destination that she had looked forward to even from an early age and that we will see her again when our time comes.
