Rod, Mark, Michael and family. It’s hard to put into words the sadness I am feeling for all your family on hearing of Katie’s passing. She was an amazing lady- so kind and gentle.She was always there volunteering for her boys, whether at school or minor hockey, with a smile on her face. She leaves a huge void in all your lives, one which you can only try to fill with the memories of all the time you spent together and the love she felt for you all. Sending prayers and love to all ❤️

I was shocked and saddened yo hear about Katie's passing. I remember us babysitting next to each other one summer in grade 9 and we became friends. I'd guess Katie was friends to everyone who crossed her path. She was beautiful, kind and had a vibrant smile from my memories.

Q: What will you never forget about Catherine?
A: Rod, Mark, Michael, and the family of Katie. I am deeply sorrowed to hear of Katie’s passing and send love and strength to you all.
When I think of Katie I can’t help but smile. Over the years we had a lot of great memories including snowmobiling, visiting at the cabin, spending the weekend at Humber Valley Resort, and just visiting.
My heart breaks for you all understanding the tremendous loss her presence is to your lives but I know you will always feel her love and support and have wonderful, loving memories to share with the children.

My heart is broken into a million pieces, condolences to Rod, Micheal, Mark and there families, I was so lucky to have met Rod and Katie when I lived in Pot Au Choix for a couple years back about 12 years ago when I moved there, we became the best off friends and her and Rod opened up there door to me and welcomed me in like I was family and made it like my home away from home and I will always cherish and remember the laughs and amazing chats we had. What amazing woman she is and the love that she showed everyone was like no other. To say I am devastated is an understatement. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and the loss they must feel.

Q: What will you never forget about Catherine?
A: I’m so saddened to hear of Katie passing. When she comes to my mind all I can think of is her smile and laughter and ability to brighten a room. I worked with Katie at Irving in Subway and I loved her so much. We would always get excited to see each other. Katie you’re going to be a shooting star in the sky. Katie love for her family showed in all her actions.
