I'm so sorry to hear of David's passing. Condolences and deepest sympathy to his mother, Irene, and to all his family & friends. Dave was a very nice man, and I remember him in his capacity of Computer Specialist at the Cancer Centre in St. John's many years ago. There were many staff who sought his advice, and he was always so pleasant, knowledgeable and a true gentleman. Gone far too young but hope it gives comfort to the family to know that he is finally at peace. God bless you all.

so sorry to hear of David passing , I didn't know him as an adult but have fond memories of uncle Bernie and aunt Irene and the kids visiting nana and grandpa Doucette in Cape Breton when we were all so young and so proud to be taken everywhere with you guys , to be included in your vacation made me very happy , rest in peace David , my condolences and love to the family.

Thinking of you all in this time of sadness. Dave i pray you are at peace and you keep watch over your mama . David was my brother in law. Brenda and I were lucky to have had a couple of trips with him: walks, chats. laughs...and of course the occasional cigar and beer !
You will be missed...may the Heavens and Stars be your guide now. Peace.

Sending you all my sympathies at the news Dave's passing. I have so many wonderful memories of 5 West Avenue, my second home! The boys were always chauffeuring me and Brenda around, Irene always cooking something fabulous and Bernie with the quick wit and sound advice!
Irene, may your memories of loving times together strengthen you and may you take comfort in God's Love for you and your wonderful family.
I fondly remember the loving, helpful, smart and funny Dave......soar with angels Dave. This is not Good-bye...just so long! <3
