I was saddened when I heard of Terse's passing. I've gotten to know Terse quiet well when I worked at Mountain View Retirement Centre and I'm honoured to have gotten to know this man. Terse was such a fun loving man to know. He took in all functions at the home. He loved his Bingo games and was a champ in Bean Bag Toss. He attended all church services as Terse would say, " There is only 1 God." Terse was an active man, loved his dances but as the years take a toll on a body, in the end he would still attend but sit back and watch. When it was a special occassion, you never knew how Terse would come out dressed up, he was the life of the party. He was a very crafty man, if you wanted an article of clothing fixed or hemmed, this was the man you needed. His passion was making boats and light houses. He perfected those and put his heart and soul in them. I'm so thankful I have one of each in my living room. Terse, you and your friendly smile will certainly be missed at the home. You will make a fine fun loving Angel in heaven. Spread your wings and soar high, your watch on earth is done. You can be sure Terse sailed away in a Golden Dory. Till we meet again, rest in peace my friend.
